SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.

Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive separately. Each item will have its own tracking number.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mypalpetsupply.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
